Justice in Rwanda after Genocide

Check out this article, where the Rwandan government is pondering whether or not to take their troops they have supplied to the African Union for Darfur relief:

When reading and afterwards, I challenge you to think about the repercussions and explore a little reader response-how do you feel about this notion? What if this had happened when Rwanda was facing genocide? Do troops in Darfur put Rwanda in danger and insecurity in their journey of rebuilding a country?

It's a fascinating question. I think that if the Rwandan government is simply pulling the troops because it's too challenging to have them in there then that is quite problematic. But, it might be an important statement that Rwanda has been one of the countries that has offered the most to Darfur, and they simply can't do it on their own... and the only way to let the international community know that is to pull out. I don't know what I would do in Kagame's position.
